Effective 11 September 2026. These Terms govern Agrythm’s current website and service access. A signed commercial agreement may add to or replace these general terms for a specific engagement
1 · Introduction
These Terms govern access to the Agrythm website, dashboards, applications, forms, field-onboarding workflows, QR traceability pages, reports and related services. By using a service or submitting information, you agree to these Terms
2 · Agrythm services
Agrythm provides agriculture decision-support, field intelligence and traceability workflows for farmers, FPOs, exporters, buyers, institutions and other ecosystem participants. Services may include crop planning, advisories, field monitoring, crop passports, residue-compliance workflows, geospatial insights and data validation
3 · Key terms
User means any person or organisation accessing a service. Farm Data includes information about fields, crops, inputs, observations, lab results, harvest and agronomic history. Advisory means any recommendation, alert, crop plan, report or decision-support communication
4 · Eligibility and authority
Users must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. Anyone acting for an organisation must have authority to do so, and anyone submitting information about land, farmers or third parties must have lawful authority or consent
5 · Decision support and outcomes
Agrythm supports decisions, monitoring, compliance and traceability. Agriculture is affected by weather, pests, inputs, markets and other conditions outside Agrythm’s control, so no yield, residue result, export acceptance, price, purchase, certification or financial return is guaranteed unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise
6 · User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and current information, follow applicable safety and legal requirements, cooperate with agreed validation, protect access credentials and notify Agrythm of unauthorised access, suspected misuse or material changes in field status
7 · Accounts and access
Some services require registration, verification, payment, field validation or a separate agreement. Agrythm may reject, suspend or end access where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unauthorised, fraudulent, legally sensitive or inconsistent with the intended service
8 · Commercial and institutional workflows
A proposal, purchase order, memorandum, service order, data-sharing agreement or other signed document may govern a specific farmer, FPO, buyer or institutional engagement. That document prevails for the engagement if it conflicts with these general Terms
9 · Fees, taxes and payment
Applicable subscriptions, field charges, licence fees, validation fees, project fees, taxes and payment conditions are those stated on the website, invoice, proposal or signed agreement. Late payment may result in restricted access or recovery action subject to law and contract
10 · Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the service, work completed, third-party costs, field visits, lab testing, data processing and contractual commitments. Custom projects and work already performed may be non-refundable
11 · Advisories and field verification
Advisories support professional judgment and must be considered with field verification, product labels, crop registrations, waiting periods, MRL requirements and lawful directions. Users remain responsible for final field and procurement decisions
12 · Residue compliance and traceability
Residue-risk and traceability workflows help organise evidence but do not replace laboratory testing, statutory certification, buyer inspection or customs requirements. Users must not present Agrythm outputs as a guarantee unless expressly authorised
13 · Third-party services
Maps, weather, satellite data, laboratories, payment providers, messaging tools and other third-party services may support the platform. Their availability and accuracy are governed by their own terms and may change independently
14 · Intellectual property
Agrythm and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, models, interfaces, reports, methods, content and branding. No licence is granted except the limited right needed to use an authorised service
15 · User and farm data
Users retain rights they lawfully hold in submitted data and grant Agrythm permission to process it to deliver, secure, validate and improve authorised services, meet contractual obligations and create aggregated or anonymised insights
16 · Confidentiality
Non-public commercial, technical, farmer, buyer, project and operational information must be protected and used only for the authorised relationship, except where disclosure is required by law
17 · Prohibited use
Users may not submit unlawful or deceptive information, interfere with security, copy or reverse-engineer the platform, misuse identities or crop claims, manipulate reports, infringe rights or use the service to cause harm
18 · Communications
Users may receive service, advisory, security, transaction and support communications through agreed channels such as email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Non-essential outreach may be opted out of where applicable
19 · Disclaimers
Services are provided on an available basis subject to applicable law. Agrythm does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every data source, alert or output will be error-free
20 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law and subject to any signed agreement, Agrythm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from agriculture, markets, third-party services, user decisions or unauthorised use
21 · Indemnity
Users are responsible for loss arising from their unlawful use, false information, breach of these Terms, infringement of rights or violation of safety, pesticide, export or data requirements
22 · Force majeure
Agrythm is not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, infrastructure failures, government action, labour disruption, disease outbreaks or third-party network failures
23 · Changes
Agrythm may update services, features, pricing, workflows or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means and continued use after an update indicates acceptance subject to applicable law
24 · Termination
Access may be suspended or ended for breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, misuse of data or use outside the platform’s intended purpose. Provisions that must survive termination remain effective
25 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution, after which an unresolved dispute may be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, subject to mandatory consumer rights
