Data may come directly from users; from authorised field teams, FPOs, buyers, institutions or partners; from sensors, weather, satellite, drone, laboratory and logistics systems; from lawful public sources; or from outputs generated through Agrythm analysis

Data is processed to register and verify users, deliver crop planning and advisories, monitor fields, create traceability and crop passports, coordinate sampling and harvest workflows, provide dashboards and reports, process billing, support users, improve models, prevent fraud, secure services and comply with law

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, traceability, legal, contractual, audit, security and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it may be deleted, anonymised or archived as permitted by law

Agrythm uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as access controls, authentication, backups, monitoring, vendor controls and staff procedures. No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure
